Just bought the printer today and it doesn't even work with my iPhone 6s. It's really annoying. The app does allow me to access my photos. However, it just wont print!

read thru a lot of similar comments regarding the same situation I'm in, just downloaded this app again after months of not having it and now it won't let me access my photos or allow me to "turn on photos in the privacy settings" anyone figure it out yet? lmk I'm getting too frustrated!!!

The app and printer are useless! Just bought it and there is no option to allow access to photos on my iPhone. What a rip off! Will be returning it. Complete BS that this company will not even address this issue!

UGH! So frustrating. I use this little printer for pictures in my planner. I LOVED it, now I can't do anything with this! This is useless now. GO BACK TO THE OLD APP! Please. It was awesome before. Glad I didn't buy more paper now. And now what am i going to do? Guess I'll have to look at getting a selfie printer. This is just horrible.

I'm having the same exact problems as everyone else. The app is constantly freezing, it is no longer user-friendly, and it keeps cropping the picture so the printed picture is not the same as the one edited. In addition the collage mode no longer works correctly at all and again the images are getting cropped. Until there is another update, this printer is completely useless.

TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE.......who on earth developed this update??? What an utter disaster. DO NOT UPDATE!!!!!!!!!!!

I am so upset! I just WASTED four pieces of photo paper. I have always printed four images to a page. Today, it printed four images on four separate pages. I'm mad. This update is HORRIBLE! Please fix.
