New app not working! Help! iPhone 6s pairs, choose assessor and print then nothing happens in printer.

I had no problems until yesterday and it would "find my device,"I downloaded the new app and still not adding my printer so it's useless right now! HELP! Heading on vacation Tuesday!!!

App is totally unusable, it's not showing my photos when wanting to print more than one photo to a sheet. My Polaroid zip is totally unusable.

The app worked fine until yesterday. Now when I open the app on my iPhone 6 it opens for a second then automatically closes. Uninstalled and reinstalled, re-pared the device, reset the device... nothing fixes the problem. Now it seems all I have is a paper weight. Please fix the app and do a better job testing your updates @#!@

I am trying to use the app to print pictures from my iPhone 6 but alll the paper comes out white and blank.

App does not pair with the polaroid printer on iphone 7 or ipod touch 6. Useless. Wasted money...

Love the printer. HAAAAAATE THIS NEW APP. Not only is it more annoying to use. Now the app won't recognize my printer. It's connected via Bluetooth and says it's not. Literally in the middle of a printing queue and it decides it can't find my printer anymore. FIX THIS PLEASE!

Printer is awesome, but the app is useless... Can't find my photos, there is no access to albums or shared libraries. No way to sort pictures. Can't see my latest photos. Editing is buggy and unreliable.

Just bought new iPhone 7 s only to find Polaroid zip won't connect with it, completely frustrated. This is a new device less than 3 months old. I see others are having difficulties.

Horrible app....... Please fix or offer some idea of when it will be fixed. Roll back to the previous app until the new one working. I will not be recommending this printer to anyone. Polaroid can definitely do BETTER!!!!!!!!!

I had not used this app since switching to my Iphone 7 and i have just spent about 30 minutes just trying to get the darn app to work right. That's when I decided to check the forums and to my discontent, found a plethora of unhappy people! So I am not the only one!!! Is ANYONE from Polaroid checking and responding to these messages from very unhappy customers? I really want to know how to collage my photos and do all the customizations I used to do!!!

New app is just plain bad. Old app was pretty good. Polaroid's halo is tilted, or fallen off...

Just recieved my new Zip and this app is just a waste of time it prints almost black photos that I can find no way to lighten and it cuts off half the image. Really astonished I've spent money on a Zip that I can't use due to the app.

Had a horrendous time trying to do this from my iphone6, so I used my son's new android and the app looked different and printed photo just fine. My blue tooth is on, I downloaded the app and my phone doesn't detect the printer....What am I doing wrong?

The old app was amazing and easy too use. The Polaroid frame was just right and although you could only get a plain one I was happy with that. The new app is confusing and just a pain in general. The new frames are a different proportion to the old one and don't even give the option of a normal white one. The quality is also now not as good as before when it was the old app. Please sort this out and change back to the old app as soon as possible. I used to love my Polaroid zip printer!!!!!

I just bought the Poloroid printer yesterday. The icon now says Snap Touch - there is no home page, screen freezes - no option to edit after selecting picture. I will have to return my Poloroid zip printer.

This app has made me very upset with Polaroid. I purchased this printer about a year ago and loved it! The quality of the printer's photos were great and the app was simple and easy to use. Now it is a disaster! It crops my pictures awfully and the quality of the photos is blurry and definitely not worth the price. Please go back to the old app because the new update has made my printer unusable. Very dissatisfied.
